We will accept returns under the following conditions;
Item is unopened, unused, undamaged* and in the original container.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the individual returning the
item.
Item must be returned within 30** days of arrival at buyers location.
A copy of the original invoice is include with the returned item. (a
copy will be provided on request)
We will refund the invoiced cost of the returned item (excluding
original shipping) if the above conditions are met.
*Items damaged by FedEx or the US Postal Service while in transit are subject to the
terms, conditions and policies of FedEx or the USPS. We will make
every reasonable effort to help our customers file timely complaints or
claims with these organizations if it necessary to do so.
** Or, you can notify us of your intent to return the product within 30
days.
